11.2.2 Subject to the conditions of insurance policies for social insurance agencies, teachers on maternity, adoption or parental leave may, through the school division, arrange to pay 100% of the benefit premiums provided under the collective agreement for up to 12 months. 12.1.5 Unused personal leave may be accumulated and transferred by the teacher to a maximum of three days per school year. The maximum leave available in one year is eight (8) days. 3.4.4 Provisions 3.4.1 to 3.4.3 will come into effect on 1 September 2017 and will not be applied retroactively, except to allow an unre-known experience in 2016/2017, by transferring a school jurisdiction for the calculation of experience supplements for the 2017/18 school year with the same school jurisdiction. 8.4.1 Teachers are assigned tasks for a school year of no more than 200 days. Any teacher who receives an administrative allowance within the meaning of item 4 takes responsibility for the commissioning of his school units at the beginning of each school year, each semester or any other department of the school year. 1. Each school jurisdiction will establish a committee to support the CIF grant program. The CIF committees are composed of an equal number of representatives of the school justice appointed by the school court and representatives of teachers appointed by the association. Teachers` representatives must be assigned to school justice. The CIF committees will have a total of at least six (6) and a maximum of ten (10) equal representatives.
The CIF committee may meet as required, but meets at least once during the 2017/18 school year. (a) a new collective agreement is concluded or b) a strike or lockout under Division 13 of the second part of the Labour Code begins during local negotiations. 5.2.2 Effective September 1, 2017, sticking during the school year is not considered interrupted or consecutive when a leave, teaching day, work day or other system-regulated break interrupts the continuity of the substitute instructor in the classroom. 12.1 Leave (personal leave) may be used by a teacher for personal activity. A teacher has five days of personal leave per school year to use subject to: 4. The department puts four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00) on the professional account each year for each teacher on contract until October 31 of a school year whose contract runs until the last day of the school year. When a replacement is required, the replacement teacher`s fee is paid into the professional apprenticeship account. 22.214.171.124 The school representative of each school under the responsibility of the school department 8.1.1 From 1 September 2017, teachers` teaching time will be limited to 907 hours per school year from the 2017/18 school year. 1.8 This collective agreement nullifies all previous collective agreements and related provisions.
3.4.9 Evidence of past experience or proof that he has applied must be submitted to the school service within forty-five (45) calendar days after the start of employment, on the first day of school in each school year or on February 1, depending on what is applicable. 1.1 This collective agreement applies to anyone who requires a teacher`s certificate as a condition of employment in the school division, with the exception of positions agreed to be excluded from local negotiations between the school department and the association. 2.5.2 If a strike or lockout begins during the central negotiations, the continuation of the collective agreement is suspended until an agreement on essential conditions is ratified in accordance with Section 11(4) PECBA or the central conditions are otherwise settled.
